Fourteen years ago, I received a cancer diagnosis that completely changed my life. With the support of my faith, family, and friends, I persevered through 2 years of chemotherapy in order to become “cancer free”. In many ways, this clean bill of health represented a ticket to view life with a brand new outlook.

I learned to recognize the significance of living in the present moment, appreciating the people around me, and most importantly, I l realized that from the outside you never know what someone might be going through. We all have adversities that we’ve overcome, legacies that we cherish, and moments that compose our story.

My hope is that every Raised On It shirt serves as a reminder that even if it is not clearly visible on the surface, everyone has a story.

We realize every company may start with a founder or team that launches the brand, but at Raised On It, our vision is to build a community passionate about living their legacy.
