Our Commitment To You
We will do everything in our power as a small business to get you your package in a timely fashion. That being said, we are not an amazon prime empire. There are no robots in our shipping department. Every order is hand packed and cause for celebration. We are grateful that you choose to spend your hard earned dollars in our store and we work hard to show our appreciation with fast and friendly shipping.

Processing Time
We ship through USPS Priority Mail and First Class. We typically pack and process your order within 24 to 48 hours from the time it is received to the time it shipped out. All shipping times are estimated to be 2-8 business days. Please contact us for an accurate estimate according to your location. We would be happy to provide you with this.
Failed Delivery/Returned to Sender
If the package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to causes ascribable to the absent cooperation of the customer (wrong or incorrect phone number, wrong or incorrect shipping address, absent receiver,) or if the customer refuses to collect the package, the package will be returned to the sender (Raised On It LLC) at the customers expense. The expense includes shipping costs and any duty and tax the package may have incurred; this amount will be deducted from the total of the order to be refunded.
Damaged/Opened Box
If you receive your package, and it is damaged and/or opened, please take a photo of the damage before checking the contents inside. Please submit a claim via the courier used to ship your order and reach out to us.
Exchange Shipping
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
